A vision that laid the foundation for enduring success.
“Perception is the King”
Four decades of belief, hard work, confidence and faith — turned into an enterprise that spans engineering, energy, media and communications.
Mumbai, IndiaA vision that laid the foundation for enduring success.
Two decades of innovation, resilience and trusted leadership.
Consistent growth that reflects strength and stability.
Diverse expertise. Unified vision. One strong foundation.
Mr. Rajesh Kaithwas, Founder & Chairman of Rudra Group of Companies, has dedicated over decades of his life creating a marvelous journey of belief, hard work, confidence and faith.
His work spans Engineering, Oil & Gas, Training & Consultancy, Media & Entertainment and Communications — sectors chosen not for convenience, but for the depth of value they create.
Ten years of groundwork preceded the founding of Rudra Group on 31 July 2005. What began as a single room in Mumbai grew into a global operation through a deliberate strategy of backward integration — owning each link of the chain rather than renting it.
Alongside business, corporate social responsibility has remained a constant thread: education, healthcare awareness and welfare programmes carried out quietly and consistently.

We are a family, not just a business organization. We don't work for a company — we work for ourselves.
Established in 2005 as a multi-industry organization, run on professional management and international standards, led by people with fifteen-plus years in their fields.
Project execution and technical services delivered to international standards, forming the operational backbone of the group.

Energy-sector operations and services, built through backward integration across the supply chain.
Capability building for people and institutions — the group's stated belief that employees come before output.
Content, production and placement across the media landscape.
Telecom and communications services connecting the group's wider industrial footprint.
Every milestone is a step built on values, vision and an unshakable belief in hard work.

Born on 23 July 1977 to Ramdhani Vishwanath and Chabbidevi Ramdhani — a Mumbai upbringing that shaped a lifelong bias for hard work over inheritance.
A commerce background, followed by a diploma in Hotel Management from Mumbai University, shipboard safety certification and certification in sex education. A scholarship to the Swiss School of Hotel Management was offered — and missed.
A decade of groundwork across industries. No capital, no network — only the discipline that would later become the group's operating culture.
One room, one desk, a basic staff. The founding principle: build a family, not just a company.
Backward integration turned a single-office operation into a multi-vertical enterprise with a global footprint — in under a decade.
Married to Manisha Rajesh Kaithwas, who runs Rudra Spa & Salon. Father to their son, Yatharth. The same values that built the business run the household.
A nation that stands on its own feet — fed, powered, built and educated by its own hands.
National self-sufficiency in food, energy and technology — the three levers that decide whether a country negotiates or complies.
Roads, ports, power and connectivity built to a standard that invites the world in rather than apologising to it.
No economic milestone means anything while a citizen goes hungry or unlettered. Both are solvable problems, not permanent conditions.
A confidence that runs through every citizen — not slogans, but the quiet certainty that comes from a country that works.
Work carried out consistently, and largely without announcement, across health, education and welfare.
